How about: SCREW YOUR CITY!

This is what happens when you consistently elect hard left liberals, even when they masquerade as Republicans. It's a documented and proven fact that Liberals are incapable of understanding economics because they use "feelings" as their logical foundation.

Why couldn't NY have a fault-line, too?

There is much more to this than meets the eye. Exportation of New Yorkers is a pox on the rest of the country, because despite the high tax reasons for leaving, they aren't about to change their ideas to reflect the conservative place they choose to live.

This is the reason that a new conservative party needs to made; the liberals are over running the conservative party and control most of the strategic positions; they are moving to the left as the democrats move to the left which leaves conservatives out of the "big tent".

It's not only New York, ask the people of Colorado about all the Californians moving there.

"Fifty years ago, New York was home to 140 Fortune 500 companies. Today that number is down to 33."
You have to wonder if they are intentionally trying to destroy the place if they can't get a message from a statistic like this.
