Is that picture genuine, or photo-shopped. It's been on other threads. Did Byrd really pose for that shot?

Yes, it is byrd, when he was a KKK grand wizard or something like thast. I've seen several photos of the same photo but from different sites on the internet. In fact, I don't have that photo uploaded to my site. I just linked to it from someone elses site.
