I heard one girl from that school, on FNC, saying that it was all about the girls being "loud and strong." A few years ago, the president of the Ms. Foundation claimed, "“What we are trying to do is keep girls’ voices strong and their aspirations high.”
Seems to me those feminist voices tend to be either a whine or a shriek.
