To: Cap'n Crunch
This is one of the examples of what we see to base our opinions on. I'm sure these constables have served hundreds of warrants without shooting a homeowners pets, but this seems/sounds intolerable.

Only one side of the story is being told. It doesn't say why the cops shot the dogs. If the constables have served hundreds of warrants without incident, what happened this time that there was an incident?

The story doesn't say. I've been in alot of houses with dogs and had no problem. I've also been in houses where the people won't put their dog away and they tell me "he won't bite." The next thing you know, I've got a dog biting my ankle.

It's easy to make the cop look like the bad guy when the whole story isn't told.
