All the worry about WMD and all we keep turning up are bodies. Guess the war wasn't justified afterall.

Never mind the 15,000 bodies. Where are the weapons of mass destruction?

"Citizens are excavating with great sadness and no assistance, collecting bones. "Mothers and fathers are trying to identify their children with ID cards and scraps of clothes that they were last seen in," he said.
That's just sad. It sounds like a good job for the weasly nations to do, helping these people, you know if they really want to help!

The graves were discovered last week ... Sky News: "But we just got our typewriters yesterday..."

Garofoolo always said that the reason she didn't protest against Clinton's Kosovo action, was because that was about genocide and therefore justified. How many mass graves have to be unearthed for the word "genocide" to be used in connection with Iraq? I'm sure Hollywood and the left has a number-it's probably one more than whatever the total is-in any Bush war.
To: Ranger
I hope these were intentional deaths and not accidental ones. I'd hate to see charges filed against Saddam for Peace Crimes. That would be deeply saddening.

I am somewhat ashamed that we abandoned these people in '91. I understand the political issues involved but look at the cost of obsequesence to the UN.

Heck. If we had just waited until the UN was through. We wouldn't have had anyone to liberate and all this fussing would be for naught. But where are the WussyMaleDemocraps?

Anyone know what this brings the total tally to? Allegedly Saddam has ordered the deaths of over 1 million people over the past 12 years.
