In 2002, DeLay preached to the First Baptist Church of Pearland, Texas, that God was using him to promote "a biblical worldview" in politics, and that he had pushed for Clinton's impeachment because the president held "the wrong worldview." I wasn't there, but I have a feeling that DeLay didn't say what is alleged here. It is clear that Clinton ahs the "wrong worldview" and that this lead to his eventual disgrace. But this makes it sound like DeLay was advocating making "false worldview" part of hte impeachment articles.
Blumenthal should thank Starr, not destroy him. Starr ignored much bigger fish in going after the Lewinsky matter.

I'm having a little trouble finding the Lewinsky testimony but here is the link to an article concerning the subject.
Gideon's Spies Guess I better review the actual testimony before saying she actually testified under oath that it happened. I first saw it on insightmagazine.com or newsmax.
