It is most probably a lie that six out of ten support legalization of a debasing "lifestyle". Homosexuality is a SIN, it is not acceptable and will not and cannot be legalized, murder is not legalized - homosexuality kills its practitioners in their spirit soul and body. Cannot legalize rape, cannot legalize men with men. Nor women with women. Nor people with animals.
