"They don't seem to know the law over there. Not only do they not know the law, they don't know the difference between calling for Sen. Daschle to support 'tax cuts' and calling for his defeat.

Dear God that's those guys do is gripe and complain like some silly little kids on an elementary school playground with Daschle leading the pack!
What a bunch of immature and spiteful kids they are. Teacher, they did this and Teacher, they did that, and on and on and on. We're all sick of them.
What an insignificant group of little minds, huh? They cut and run too like they did in Texas. Pitiful for sure. Just never got over Bush wining the election. Too bad.

The dems are right you know, we shouldnt criticize Daschle for being against the tax cut. We should, however, criticize him for being a mealy mouthed, whiney, little weasle, who acts so childishly, that my four year old is more mature than he is...

There is also an ad in my part of the Country about Leahy filibustering the President's judical nominees. The ad fittingly brings up the fact that in '98 Leahy said nobody should be blocked without at least a vote. The democrats change their tune faster than the wind changes directions.

I say just write that on your check to groups like The Club For Growth and your covered.
"My case your Honor is simple, what F'ing part of 'shall make no law' don't you understand?"
That is a case the right lawyer can make and win. Since what you are doing has elements in all four clauses, restricting it, would be blatently unConstitutional. The media circus that can be brought down on this issue of the government creating political prisoners of critics, I think will be enough to make the judiciary fear the people (at least those who know that once the soapbox is taken away, there will be only one way left to be heard).
