How ironic, what with all the empty judicial slots. This little lawsuit may take years thanks to the lack of judges. LOL If they're upset now, just wait until all the President Bush, et al blogs are up and running for his re-election.

By the way, the announcement's been made. IT'S TIME TO DUST OFF YOUR BUSH/CHENEY BUTTON and wear it on your lapel. I say we get them off balance early on - all 9 of them. The 9 nobodies.

Here's a Daschle update. We already knew he can dish it out but he can't take it. If you want to follow Daschle, I recommend marking the Rapid City Journal on line. There's some good anti-Daschle material there.

The Argus Leader downplays Daschle's shortcomings.
