I agree the report is probably bogus. Don't you think it's better for people to publicly reach that conclusion, with arguments given for it, rather than for the report to be pulled and people left hanging in the dark?

I agree the story probably is bogus. But I think it is important that stories like this get dissected and discussed. I really believe that if SARS does "hit" the US, it will be kept as quiet as possible as long as possible-to protect commerce.
If it were my city, I would want to know ASAP, so I can make my own decisions regarding the health and safety of my family. I'm not holding my hand on my butt waiting for Tom Ridge or the CDC to give me guidance.
What I think happened with this watcher321 is they probably did read the Rense article (it was on a couple different sites) and took it from there...
