ANY "gun control" bill has about the same chance to be passed in the forseeable future as i do flying W/O wings, i.e. NONE!

the GOP-controlled HOR will NOT even bring it to a floor vote. (even RED NANCY pelosi admits that there is "no chance for new gun control bills to reach the house floor in 2004.")

the bill, upon arrival, will be sent to a sub-committee, from which it will NEVER be released. the GOP fears the wrath of gunowners/NRA/JPFO/GOA/etc.;so do the western & southern DIMocRATS (they have NOT forgotten who/what issue helped beat albore.).

One might think so, today. But if there just happens to be a super-Columbine, an "assault rifle massacre" for example, just a few weeks before the vote.....
