Yes, of course you're correct. I guess in this instance illegally doesn't really mean illegally. Its unclear when illegally means illegally....murder?, theft?, rape?...who knows. OTOH this happens ALL the time and has been for years...it isnt new. I suppose it would still be un(der)reported if 9/11 hadn't occured. This all leads me to wonder who really owns this country. More and more We the People are looking more like We the Peasants. A real owner would be holding their reps accountable. Clearly this isnt the case (any more). We can whine about it or become active and make sure the job gets done right. Its really up to us to make it happen...the guys in DC sure aren't up to the job.

It's been this way along the border for years ---now the border has moved north by a lot. Only Americans get ticketed for speeding, for traffic violations and the rest. When you go downtown, parking tickets can be found on American cars but all those with Mexican plates are free to park wherever and however long without paying. Americans pay for their health care even if it means a lien on their home but it's a free ride if you aren't a citizen.
