They used to have people in prison handle phone calls. I guess it didn't work out.

Not really, as the calls are probably handled over the internet.

I wonder if "Outsource Partners International" wrote off some of their investments in India as R&D costs. So not only companies are moving offshore, the taxpayer is paying for it.
