Proof that Amber is an irresponsible mother: She did not take steps to have a secure home for her daughter. She had her out of wedlock. That is being an irresponsible mother.

Whore: She allowed herself to be photographed in nearly-nude, and topless poses, for financial gain. That is whorish behavior.

If she did the naked photo shoot while her daughter was in the world, then that act qualifies as simultaneously being both an irresponsible mother and a whore.

Amber can still tell the truth and be believed at trial. Jurors can put her unsavory personal life aside, and concentrate on the veracity of her testimony.
