Seriously, I don't see any consevative constitutional or philosophical issues at play in this case. It is essentially a "gossip" case. It makes no sense to me that some gossip should be censored and other gossip encouraged. So long as it is within FR posting guidelines, what's the fuss?
One person can post how horrible he/she thinks Amber is, another can post how wonderful he/she thinks Amber is. No need for those who are of one persuasion to browbeat those who are of the other.
