Certainly true. But machines are created as a result of human thought, which may certainly be inpired by evil intent, and some machinery has more noble or benign purposes than others- torture devices and land mines, for instance, though the result of their use can rarely result in less-than-evil results at times.

And human thought can most assuredly be either derived from satanic influences, or intended and dedicated as an homage to the Prince of Darkness.
