ive young homeless men were indicted yesterday in Queens on rape and assault charges in an attack on a woman and her boyfriend near Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in December.
The five Carlos Rodriguez, Victor Cruz, Jose Hernandez, Luis Carmona and Armando Juvenal face charges including first-degree rape and sodomy, and second-degree kidnapping, assault and robbery.
If convicted, they could serve up to 25 years in prison. They are being held without bail pending arraignment next week.
District Attorney Richard A. Brown of Queens said that on Dec. 19, the five men, all between the ages of 18 and 22 at the time of their arrests, approached the couple on a walkway and beat the boyfriend. Then they dragged the woman, 42 at the time, to the shanty where they lived, and repeatedly raped her for nearly three hours.

The Police Sgt. who visited the scene said the floor of the shack was so filth-laden that he had to throw out his shoes when he got back to the station house. And this poor woman had to lie in it for 3 hours while these future Karl Rove constituents illegal savages took turns brutalizing her. There is only one proper penalty...death.

The New York Times, of course, neglected to include the fact that they are all illegal aliens.

Not only that, but they insisted on labelling them "young homeless men" (poor widdle tings!) instead of "violent ex-cons living ferally".

NEW YORK POST
CITY 'ALIEN' POLICY ON TRIAL IN RAPE
By PHILIP MESSING
February 27, 2003 -- EXCLUSIVE
A congressional committee wants to know whether city policy kept the suspects in a brutal Queens rape - illegal aliens with prior criminal records - from being deported before they committed the heinous attack.
Rep. John Hostettler (R-Ind.), chairman of a House Judiciary subcommittee on immigration, is holding a hearing today in Washington to look at the criminal histories of the suspects in the Dec. 19 attack "from a national security perspective," his spokesman told The Post.
Federal law recommends - but does not require - that local police report crimes committed by illegal aliens to the federal Immigration and Naturalization Service, sources said.
Hostettler is trying to determine whether a Koch-era executive order that affords illegal aliens emergency health care and other city services bars or discourages the NYPD from reporting such crimes.
The suspects attacked a woman and her boyfriend as they walked on a deserted bridge over Long Island railroad tracks not far from Shea Stadium, police said.
With the boyfriend incapacitated, the attackers gang-raped her. When the boyfriend came to, he used a cell phone to call cops.
Three of the suspects - José Hernandez-De Los Santos, Carlos Mora-Sabino and Juvenal Aurelio Zhinin-Quisphe - are illegal aliens with extensive records, police said.
But they were never deported. "And nobody seems to know why," a Capitol Hill source said.
A fourth suspect, Luis Carmona-Quintana, entered the United States legally, while a fifth, Victor Balbino-Cruz, entered illegally, but had no criminal history.
The NYPD said it was "reviewing whether or not the prior arrests of three undocumented aliens were reported to INS," an NYPD spokesman said last night.
Among those expected to testify are John Feinblatt, the mayor's criminal-justice coordinator, and Michael J. Cutler, a former senior special agent for the INS.

There is only one proper penalty...death. Vicente Fox says no death penalty for his citizens in this country no matter what they do. They are to be given access to all social programs, schools, jobs but they are not to be held to the same standards of justice.

No. I just believe that articles should be posted with their original headlines; making up headlines to suit one's agenda strikes me as a tad dishonest.

Wonder if the New York Times printed an article about idiot Bloomberg's latest, bright idea.???
Now since his "smoking ban" is working sooo great, he's decided that ALL ILEGALS should be given another amnesty. He wants "get 'em on the tax rolls". Believe I read this in the NY Post the other day.
He's just ANOTHER ANTI-AMERICAN politician.....
