I wanted to have the greatest admiration for Mary as she always seemed to be a straight thinker, but after marrying the coon-ass, I can't say I trust her to mean anything she says.

I think that politics must be just a game to both Mary and Chester. That is the only way I can see their situation. They don't really take it seriously and they are just playing the rest of us for fools.

In all seriousness, that's an interesting theory. They do seem a bit too jovial when they appear on Meet the Press together, of course, the more romantic out there might attribute that to "love". hehe Who knows though!
