In a brief order issued today, Rothenberg agreed to the abortion and also ordered the 28-year-old woman to undergo a tubal ligation to prevent future pregnancies, reports the Miami Herald. What the hell? So now we don't have to bother about her being raped next time! It won'd inconvenience anyone. How about catching the rapist and have him forcable sterilized? Oh no, that wouldn't be constitutional. Grrrrrrrr.

I'm with you on this one, Lorianne. Catch the rapist, de-nut him, then put him in prison for the rest of his life and on female hormones so he can better fit as the rape victim of the 'lads' behind bars. Serve the bastard right!

You are right, the judge's decision is pretty shameful. He doesn't care how many times she is raped, as long as she doesn't end up in his court again. He might as well send her to a veternarian, since she is no more than a cat to be spayed to him.
He should be considered an accomplice if she is ever raped again.
