He is in the middle of answering a question about the difference between Republicans and Democrats and he just said something amazing.

He said that the reason the interest rates are so low is because the economy is down. Once the economy goes back up the interest rates will go back up and the only people that will hurt will be the little people, their mortgage rates will rise, their car payment interest rates will rise, etc. People like him who don't need all the money he has and can't possibly spend it all will not be hurt when the economy gets better and interest rates rise.

He blathers on some more, can't figure out where he's going with this, however, he was President in 1994 and I haven't yet heard from him why his administration did nothing. Oh, now's he's saying "We actually did some things to make it much better but it was way too late."
