O'Reilly is and has been a populist.
It's obvious, the man is horribly strained and conflicted politically. No conservative.

O'Reilly's style is Mort Downy-esque, less the profanity and cigarettes. His guests are no more than sounding boards so that he may gloriy his intellectual prowess. But hey, he'll always give you the last word.
