I'd have to put True Grit up there with The Searchers, Liberty Valance, The Quiet Man, and Fort Apache as Wayne's greatest. But I have a hard time naming a John Wayne movie I don't like.

Speaking of courtrooms, your tagline reminds me of a two word quote which I personally get a kick out of each time I see it. J. Noble Daggett is explaining to our heroic marshall that after hearing Matie Ross's (of near Dardenelle in Yell County)story of her adventure going after the murderer, Tom Chaney, he now affords our hero with 'my thanks, and with certain reservations, my respect'.

The response, with just the perfect amount of sarcasm in voice and body language..."how nice."
