I am not certain, but I think I recall reading it had some copyright thing that precluded a video or additional airings. Again, I'm not certain about that.

Well, that might be the reason it is buried somewhere. :(

I thought it was a great, suspensful movie, a shame younger folks can't see it today.

I've seen Hondo on video. Wayne's estate released it a couple years back.

A person who already knows the Duke's style would read Louis L'Amour's book HONDO and enjoy it immensely.
