On the other hand, the Draft-Dodging Rapist couldn't get enough partying in the White House (at taxpayer expense,) because parties were a great way for Bubba to be serviced with BJ's, etc. from groupies. One can only imagine the promiscuous sex, anonymous sex and coke-sniffing that really went on at Clintonista White House parties........
