Might actually help the Republicans to do this ... one of the unifying forces for the Republicans now is fear, loathing and hatred of the Clintons. Hillary is sufficient for this now; but if somehow she was no longer a threat to the Presidency, we could continue to galvanize Republicans with fear that Billy Joe might return.

That assumes that the Clintons play by rules we recognize. They don't. They would actively plan to destroy the country and plant evidence that GW Bush was behind it. And they have the backing of the media. No. I don't want to see this law changed--for anyone--not even to have Pres. Bush serve for more than 2 terms.
