$4.5 million sounds like a bargain; there are small yachts that cost more than that. How much (and how many people)does it cost to operate one of these things? Or it could be parked somewhere permanently and converted into some really cool living space.

I have no idea how much it costs to run an Aircraft Carrier, but I do know that the USS Enterprise has a crew of about 5,000.
