See my previous post. I suppose that technically, we didn't know that they WOULD develope those weapons, but we apparently knew they could...

I'm pretty sure that's common knowledge, I've even seen it on network television, for all that's worth, along with pictures of Rumsfeld shaking hands with Saddam.
