Half of me is wondering if Geragos is leaking all of this trying to push the Prosecution's hand to finally say: "Nonsense! Here is WHY we say Scott is the killer and he killed her in the home!" He still doesn't know for sure what they have on him in the way of evidence, yes? Full & Complete discovery happens at the Prelim?
