At our former home, the neighbor nextdoor caught her fiance cheating. While he was at work she moved out, and took everything all the way down to every roll of toilet paper and toothpaste. All she left was 2 cans of sourkraut in the pantry. I thought it was great.

Petersons changed the alarms and locks because they say there were break-ins? THEY SAY? I believe NOTHING they say. Wouldn't surprize me one bit if THEY took some things and are lying about it.
IF the house was broken into by strangers, then why didn't they tell the Rocha family so they could try to keep an eye on the house since they live close by???????

IMO this was a nesessary move for the Rochas...Petersons probably would have sold EVERYTHING in that house in order to raise money to defend their mudering son...(and buy him some nice suits for court too, that little GQ Devil!)
They are SCUM, and are showing the world their true colors!
By the way, I'm sick of seeing Jackie's ugly mug cozied up to MG while adressing the press.

You're partly right. I've never seen such a claim used as a basis for a mistrial. Further, a claim that trial counsel was ineffective is usually not an issue to be raised in the direct appeal either. It is, however, the main claim defendants make AFTER they have lost their direct appeal and are sitting around in prison, twiddling their thumbs and trying to figure out something that will get them out of there. It rarely works.

Did you catch the part where Jackie told Greta that Sharon was welcome in the house any time and that Jackie would "even serve Sharon tea" there? I couldn't believe my ears. It sounded to me like Jackie was deliberately lording her control of the property over Sharon's head...rubbing her nose in it...
