I couldn't agree more. I love good laugh, but "vey, hugh, series, etc.," weren't that funny to start with - and they REALLY aren't funny after the umpteen thousandth time.

I'm a newbie. I understand inside jokes. They can be funny for awhile, when the thread isn't a serious one. But I too find it infantile on this forum. Especially when 75% of the posts are these same stupid jokes, over and over again. It makes it really difficult to scan through the thread for the real news. Signal to noise ratio is quite high most of the time - quite irritating.
