Yes, yes. Christendom has been saying that for a couple of thousand years now. So far, no go. And there have been plenty of nasty things happening that far eclipse abortions. Where is your deity? I wouldn't hold my breath, if I were you. :)

Yes, I'm familiar with your religion's scripture. Sorry, but as an atheist, I consider that scripture to be no more worthy of belief than any of the other scriptures of any of the other religions.
As I said, I've seen no evidence whatever of the existence of any deities, so I disbelieve in them all. You just believe in one more deity than I do.
