You don't find anything wrong w/ a judge ORDERING an Abortion to kill a viable baby that could be put up for adoption? From the article: "doctors who said the life of the mother - a retarded, deaf and seizure-prone rape victim - would be threatened if the baby was carried to full term." And it was not the judge who ordered the abortion, it was the retarded woman's mother, who is her legal guardian.

Also in the original article on this case, the doctors cancelled a scheduled abortion because the woman was in no immediate danger, and the baby was developing normally. They could not deliver the baby at the time without consent, and went back to the Judge with their findings. The Judge ordered the abortion, with the mother agreeing. (from original article).
