Just got back from reviewing the new leaks from Garagos in the tabloids, and he has whopper planted in the Globe Weekly before the Gag order comes down from the Judge next week.

It outlines the entire 'mystery witness' story saying that the woman who is going to come forward to exonerate Scott Peterson in the next few weeks was brutalized and raped by the 'Satanic Cult' lurking in the Modesto, California area 10 days before Laci disappeared.

She told Garagos and his investigative team that she overheard plans during the attack of the 4-5 men (one with the '666' tatoo) saying that they were looking for another victim and that this attack would happen soon in the next 10 days [before Christmas].

No mention in the article if this woman reported the sexual assault to area police and if there would be any police records or coverage in the local media to substantiate her story.
