Hong Kong has been in single digits of daily new cases since May 4. The length of that "tapering off" should have been a warning to Toronto and to other locales, where the powers-that-be wish to end the epidemic by decree.

Good ol' Toronto Scar, where the reporters never bother to fact-check. It's been known for over a week that the outbreak began when a diagnosis was missed at North York General; a patient was diagnosed as having post-operative pneumonia and no precautions were taken, even though he had contacts from the first outbreak.
