Streisand Sues Environmentalist Photographer for Website Photo By Steve Brown CNSNews.com Staff Writer May 30, 2003
(CNSNews.com) - Singer/actress Barbra Streisand has filed a $50 million lawsuit against amateur photographer Kenneth Adelman for posting a photograph of her Malibu, Calif., estate on his website. The site features 12,000 other photos of the California coastline as part of a project to document coastal erosion for scientific and other researchers.
Adelman's website, also contains photos of other houses along the coastline. He told CNSNews.com that Streisand was the only one who took legal action against him

The website is one of the great ones. It shows the California coastline from Oregon to the land of all our future freeloading citizens. You can go to any part of the coast and see what it looks like. This shows the ilk of Streisand and how mean spirited she is. All it is is a picture taken from a distance off the coast with no real detail (such as saggy breasts, the pot belly, or the large bulbous nose). She is such a toad.
