The Rochas had prior access to the property and the keys. Petersons needed to file the necessary legal papers to legally prevent the Rochas from entering the property and schedule a hearing. TRO, people do it everyday to prevent the other party from entering the premises. Geragos dropped the ball and the Rochas were within their legal rights. They stole nothing as everything taken was reported to the officer on scene and the attorneys.

Thanks for the thorough run-down. Let's see... hey! Why, if this is true, then Geragos' magnanimous gesture of "we won't prosecute them" is nothing but a declaration that he won't do something that he can't do anyway!

Why... why... why... imagine that!
