The next President after Dubya's two (maybe three) terms?
Right now, the Rats are ALL ate up having Dubya in office. Another term could force them into needing therapy. A Jeb administration would send them into orbit!
You don't like the 22nd, either?
......landing on Mars, I hope.......
I take every opportunity that arises to remind 'Rats that all this is their fault.
Their Senators refused to convict Clinton, in the impeachment trial, of charges he was clearly guilty of; and they evaded this responsibility with the fullest imaginable support from rank and file 'Rats. If the 'Rats had done the right thing, Gore would have run for president as an incumbent, and probably would have won. Even if he had not, the Dems would still face much better prospects for the future.
The combination of 'Rat failure to control or marginalize their extremists (see the nomination of McGovern in '72, and the pivotal role of the far left in the party ever since) with their open embrace of bald faced corruption (see the "clintonization" of the party) has assured them minority status for the next decade or three.
They had to work damn hard to achieve this, in spite of a partisan and favorable media and intelligencia, but they have well earned it.
