Since the child was transferred to a more appropriate setting (teachers trained in dealing w/such students), why was the teacher ALSO transferred to another school?

The article says that the teacher became disruptive in the school. Not sure what that means although one could surmise that she ticked off the administration.

They don't indicate who was transferred first or why the child was transferred(parental request or school district request). More questions than answers.

...why was the teacher ALSO transferred to another school? Obviously, the administrators at the Lockhart Elementary school have no tolerance for what they see as "troublemakers".
Methinks whistleblowers wouldn't fare much better.

Especially after being a teacher for 18 yrs... maybe they were worried that the lawsuit would cause problems between her and her coworkers there?
