No gun? I guess that is why it didn't make the national news. If a gun or an SUV had been involved, it would be all over the front pages and CNN!
A woman and her husband beat her father to death with a tennis racket here last year. Didn't make the news, no guns involved....

Quick! We need to ban 'assault' golf clubs. Since they 'assault' golf clubs are clearly weapons designed for killing people, we need to get them off our streets and golf-courses. There is absolutely no reason for an honest citizen to own an 'assault' golf club.
Is this what we will be hearing from the DNC (Democrat Nazi Committee)?

I don't think that's what they meant when they refer to "sudden death".

Please add 'assault' tennis rackets to the list of 'assault' weapons that must be banned. Like the 'assault' golf clubs, there is absolutely no reason why people should be allowed to possess 'assault' tennis rackets.

Bad sportsman? No, both guys were golf-ball scavengers. For the 54-year old, apparently is was his chief source of income, for the 70's-age guy it was for diversion and a little spending cash. The 54-year old, apparently, had a nasty disposition which made it hard for him to make a living in a more conventional manner.

All jokes aside, it does pose an interesting problem: what if you were in a heated argument with someone who, unbeknownest to you, has a heart condition and he keels over?
Or what if you accidently rear-ended a beat up Pinto (and survived) and in the trunk was a rare painting? Are you responsible for the damage to that?

There's one rule about finding lost golf balls: you should at least wait until they stop rolling before claiming them.

This is hugh. Manufacturers of golf balls on string will now have to put warning labels on them.
May cause death if you mean up with another cranky ball grabber

Mr Carnathan should get the services of Mark Geragos and start looking around for those pesky Satanist Abandoned Golf Ball cult members that were seen on that course just hours before.

Does this mean OJ doesn't have to search the golf course to find the real killer anymore?
