The History Channel's KKK program is very good.
President Harding's supposed Klan meeting in the White House has been throroughly debunked by historians. The story was put out by the Democrats to deflect attention from the fact that the book "The Clansmen" -- inspiration for the movie "Birth of a Nation" and for the 1915 re-birth of the KKK had been written by one of Woodrow Wilson's college buddies, Thomas Dixon. Wilson even premiered the movie in the White House to promote it.

Thanks, I had wondered about the Harding story but knew about Wilson.
