Partisan, I actually agree with you on occasion on other topics but the surmisal above is simply....not based in reality. I don't think our Southern conservatism is harmful to the GOP...quite the contrary, it is the most reliable anchor the Pubbies have and the stats bear that out. Even detractors admit that.
