And honestly, Scalia's position doesn't bother me, because the congress is the main group that would pass pro-abortion laws. Most states (New England area and California excluded) would restrict.

actually what you said about Scalia makes me nervous. Are you saying Scalia thinks the PBA ban is unconsitutional? My previous understanding of Scalia was probably more like the Supreme Court can't force each state to be pro-life. Are you saying that Scalia wouldn't allow pro-life laws by Congress to pass? What about the PBA ban?
