Her indictment is supposed to be for "lieing about insider information," or some such.
Why didn't Hillary face the same music ?

They did go after the one who gave her the info - it was the CEO of Imclone and the last I heard was that he had pled guilty to insider trading and other offenses.

But they are and have. Sam Waksal the owner has been sentenced to a number of years at Club Fed--and looking at a tax fraud indictment. The broker was "flipped" for a plea and will be testifying. MS, for a pittance against her then net worth, has cost her shareholders hundreds of millions of dollars. This prosecution is more than justified....
