DERBY, Conn. - Call it puppy love.

Two dogs - Tatiana Anjelica and Tyson Beckford Spak - exchanged vows and slobbery kisses Sunday on the Derby Green. The bride even wore a little garter, slipped over her paw.

The bridegroom wore a top hat and tuxedo.

"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may now sniff the bride's butt".

Sick minds think alike. I was thinking of a very similar punch line from Norm MacDonald on SNL's Weekend Update from years back.

We thought our cat Sammy was sterile because when we got him he was sick and after that showed no interest at all in Angel the cat. Well we were surprised when after several years our house cat Angel was pregnant. So the kittens would not be illigitimate we quickly and quietly had them married. On Easter day she had 3 kitties with big heads that we named Meshack, Shadrack and Abendigo. And we then nuetered their dad promptly.

Well, son, when a boy dog loves a girl dog ... Suffering from a bad case of cold feet, Tyson the Yorkshire terrier is dragged down the aisle to his waiting bride, Tatiana the Maltese, in Derby, Conn. It's not as if Tyson's not intimately acquainted with her; the two were mated last year. Now the owners' young kids are wondering: How could they have puppies if they weren't married?!

are you suggesting dog marriages are more mainstream than same-sex marriages?

Ahh, mainstream. Who justifies anything because it the almighty mainstream? And, in some circles, dog marriages and divorces are mainstream.

According to the article, the owners did it because their kids asked how the dogs could have puppies if they weren't married. I think it's kinda cute.

This marriage was nice.

Just look at what perversion is taking place up in Canada !!:

Gay couple married after ruling
(Toronto, Canada)

MICHAEL STUPARYK/TORONTO STAR
Michael Stark, left, and Michael Lashner pop champagne
and kiss after their wedding ceremony yesterday.
Leshner called the ruling, "Day One for millions of gays
and lesbians around the world."
