Like the Tudors, Stuarts, and Windsors before them, these self-worshipping clans and their surly and talentless children have filled many books.........Punk Pinch is hardly talentless. The NYTimes internet operation makes money. A rarity among media outlets. In other ventures the NYTimes also does very well and has prospered under Pinch. I was shocked to hear that 90% of NYTimesCorporation profits come from outside of Times sales in the NYC area. So lets give the devil his due. He may be an idiot but he's smart enough to hire and obey his savvy business advisors
