I live just outside the city, what you have got to understand the mayor and his group of trusted thieves is what they say about the crook, ops, I mean the mayor:

What shocks me about my former home town for most of my life is that everyone has experienced the Street Brothers for decades. The fact that it's tolerated by industry, business, and the public is pathetic. Instead of two ghetto dogs being in jail where they belong, they have the keys, bank accounts, unions, and mayor's chair in the city.
