Iraqi scientists have said the trailers were used to produce hydrogen for weather balloons Yeah, right, weatherman are going to haul around these babies to produce "hydrogen" for "balloons" at launch site locations rather than just buy a few tanks of the stuff filled up at a processing facility.
The innuendo of NYT's "unnamed" sources is inane.

If it was for producing hydrogen, I doubt it was for weather balloons. Rather for UN-restricted missle fuel.
