Yeah, right, weatherman are going to haul around these babies to produce "hydrogen" for "balloons" at launch site locations rather than just buy a few tanks of the stuff filled up at a processing facility.

The innuendo of NYT's "unnamed" sources is inane.

If it was for producing hydrogen, I doubt it was for weather balloons. Rather for UN-restricted missle fuel.
