It was at a restaurant in Ocho Rios, Jamaica called "The Ruins." It is also a conference facility. They had a lovely garden surrounding the waterfall.

I read that the streets in Ocho Rios were lifeless and crowded. Is it a nice town to visit? (Trying to plan my Jamaica trip)
