June 10, 2003 -- A probe into judicial appointments in Brooklyn has expanded to cover at least two more judges - including one jurist whose father allegedly bragged of having paid $50,000 to get his son the Democratic Party's nomination, sources told The Post.

I live in a Democratic cesspool known as Brooklyn, NY. The workings of this machine would make the late Tammany Hall Boss Tweed proud.
Mark my words - nothing will come from this investigation and nothing will change. The non-existant Republican party in Brooklyn is probably in on the fix as well - better to leave well enough alone as far as they are concerned.
