Gay groups ready to fight for rights

Coalition wants lawmakers to extend civil protections to sexual orientation.

Chris Clements put many of her personal belongings out for a garage sale last month to help pay her bills.

Making ends meet is an ongoing struggle for the 28-year-old Indianapolis woman, who lost her job at a local car dealership in December after her bosses found out she is a lesbian.

"Just two weeks earlier, my supervisor told me I had met all my criteria and was going to get a raise," she said. "It's pathetic. But, in Indiana, you're basically out of luck. You can be fired just because you are gay."

Actually Indiana is actually fair to everyone. You can fire anybody for any reason except race, sex, and religion. Can't get much fairer than that.

Pardon me? When did queers stop? The scary part is that their making inroads in turning our culture from heterosexual to homosexual.

It sure is..especially if CAIR and MeCha and the NAACP-NOW the sodomites and ACLU have anything to say about it...

I thought our rights were already protected by the Constitution. These minority groups are achieving
power way out of proportion to their numbers.
